Scream Protocol amplifies only what the federation has witnessed. Truth at volume is core; invention, fabrication, exaggeration for rhetorical effect, or any form of manipulation are not amplification — they are noise the protocol explicitly rejects. Every scream is a statement the federation publicly stands behind under its falsifiability commitments.

What this principle establishes

The constitutional commitment that distinguishes amplification from manipulation. Most public communication systems trade truth-fidelity for engagement, virality, or persuasion. The Scream Sub-Leviathan does the opposite: it trades virality for truth-fidelity. A scream that would only land if exaggerated, simplified beyond accuracy, or rhetorically inflated does not go out.

What gets rejected

Why immutable

The whole premise of Scream is leverage from honesty. A constitutional protocol that scream-amplifies inventions is indistinguishable from the manipulation engines it claims to expose. Replacing this principle does not amend Scream; it abandons it.
